Lizbeth Parra has over eight years of Experience in property management. Her employers include Sunrise Management, Barker Management and The John Stewart Company. She has ample experience in managing multi-family housing communities with up to 180 units. She has extensive training in Fair Housing, leasing and marketing. In 2013, she was voted by her peers and co-workers, to receive the Commitment to Excellence Management Award and the Golden Raving Fans Award, awards that are given to team members that demonstrate excellence in the performance of their duties and who demonstrate exemplary customer service to their internal and external customers. She currently holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification from the National Center from Housing Management and is a candidate for the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
